Q. What time is the latest time to place an order ?
（最も遅くていつまでにオーダーする事が可能ですか？）

A. By Wednesday @ 1:00pm
（水曜日の午後1時まで受け付けております。）

Q. Can I cancel my order after placing order ?
（注文した後にキャンセルする事は可能ですか？）

A. Yes, you can. The latest time to cancel is by 1:00pm on One day before the deilivery.
Please note about the cancellation on the message space.
（はい、できます。遅くても配達前日の午後1時までに連絡をお願いします。その際に、Order FormのMessage欄の所に、キャンセルの旨をお伝え下さい。）

Q. If I want to order every week, do I still have to order every time ?
(毎週、オーダーする場合でも、毎回注文をしなければいけませんか？)

A. Yes. You can order for a whole month at the same time.
(オーダーフォームに1回で1ヶ月分まとめてオーダー頂けます。)

Q. When can I cancel my order if the Bento deliver on Monday because of a bad weather ?
（悪天候でお弁当が月曜日に振り替えの場合、キャンセルはいつまでにすれば良いですか？）

A. By Friday @ 1:00pm
（金曜日の午後1時まで受け付けております。）

Q. What should I do if I put wrong grade,class number or press submit twice accidentally ?
（学年・出席番号を間違えて入力した場合、又は誤って送信を２回押してしまった場合はどの様にすれば良いですか？）

A. We take order for a grade and the class number as a one order even if there are duplicated numbers, so please be careful when you place order. Also, please email or call us if you didn’t receive a confirmation email after you place order. （A.学年＆出席番号が重複してある注文に対しても、一回分の注文として受け付けますので、お間違えのないようにお願いします。また、注文を送信後、確認メールを受信されなかった場合はお手数ですがメールまたはお電話にてお知らせください。）
